Though I changed it around a bit, I put coconut rum in the batter instead of coconut (didn't have enough for both the batter and the frosting) and a bit in the frosting too. They're AMAZING! The cupcakes aren't my best though, they stick to the paper a bit.
Look good, yes? You're jealous, yes? Go make some then, you're not having mine!
